Dipping Sauce  

Soy & Hoisin Dipping Sauce

Ingredients

1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tbsp hoisin sauce
sesame seeds
chilli flakes

Directions

Mix together the soy sauce and hoisin sauce in a small bowl.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds and chilli seeds (to taste).
Serve with your choice of Crazy Dragon dumplings and enjoy!

Stir Fry  

Pork Dumpling & Spicy Orange Pepper Stir Fry

Ingredients

1 tbsp flavourless cooking oil
1 tsp grated ginger
2 garlic gloves, minced
1/2 tsp sichuan peppercorns
2 tbsp soy sauce
2/3 cup orange juice
2 tbsp cornflour
4 tbsp water
Your favourite stir fry veggies, we recommend bok choy, baby sweetcorn and mushrooms
Crazy Dragon Pork Dumplings (you choose how many per serve)

Directions

On a medium-high heat add oil to wok with ginger, garlic and peppercorns. Fry for 1 minute.
Reduce heat, add soy sauce and orange juice. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Combine cornflour and water in small bowl. Add this to the sauce stirring until sauce thickens.
Increase heat to high, add bok choy, sweetcorn and mushrooms (or your choice of veggies). Stir fry until bok choy is wilted and other veggies are cooked.
While stir fry is cooking, steam dumplings as per pack instructions.
Gently add steamed dumpling to the wok to combine. Serve and enjoy!

Winter Warmer  

Prawn Dumpling & Miso Soup

Ingredients

4 cups water
3 tbsp miso paste
3 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp mirin
Crazy Dragon Prawn Dumplings (you choose how many per serve)
12 enoki mushrooms, thinly sliced
2 green onions, thinly sliced
2 tbsp butter

Directions

Bring the water to the boil in a medium saucepan.
Whisk in miso paste and soy sauce.
Add Crazy Dragon Dumplings and simmer for 6-7 minutes.
Add mushrooms, green onions and butter. Stir to combine.
Serve and enjoy!

Mocktail  

Mai Tai Mocktail

Ingredients

crushed ice
1/2 cup lemon-lime soda
1/4 pineapple juice
1/2 cup orange juice
1 tbsp grenadine
maraschino cherries & pineapple slices for garnish (optional)
toothpicks for garnishes (optional)

Directions

Fill a large tumbler glass halfway with crushed ice.
Add lemon-lime soda, pineapple juice, orange juice and grenadine.
Top with pineapple slice and a toothpick skewered with cherries.
Serve with a straw.

Dumpling Dipping Sauce  

Spicy Dipping Sauce

Ingredients

2 cloves garlic (minced), 2 tbsp light soy sauce, 2 tbsp Chinese rice vinegar, 2 tsp sesame oil, 1 tsp chili oil. Crazy Dragon Chicken Dumplings – You choose how many!
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp light soy sauce
2 tbsp Chinese rice vinegar
2 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp chilli oil (to make your own chilli oil you will need 8 tbsp flavourless cooking oil and 4 tsp chilli powder or flakes)
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tbsp soy sauce

Directions

Chilli Oil  Add chilli powder/flakes and oil to a small saucepan and warm over low heat until combined. Remove from heat to cool.

Dipping Sauce  Add garlic, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil and 1 tsp chilli oil to a small bowl. Whisk to combine. Serve with your favour Crazy Dragon dumplings.

Iced Tea  

Peach and Lemon Iced Tea

Recipe Serves 4 

Ingredients

4 black tea bags
2 lemons
4 peaches
4 cups boiling water
1l lemonade
1/4 cup mint chopped

Directions

Place tea bags, 1 chopped lemon and two chopped peaches into large heatproof jug.
Pour boiling water into the jug and leave to cool. Strain and chill.
Transfer to a serving jug with lemonade.
Cut remaining lemon and peaches into thin wedges and add to the jug along with mint leaves. Serve over ice.

Chicken Dumplings 1kg

Chicken Dumplings  

Chicken Dumpling Soup

Recipe Serves 4 People as Snack or 2 People as a Meal

Ingredients

Crazy Dragon Chicken Dumplings – You choose how many!
2 litres of high quality chicken both
1 medium carrot, peeled and roughly chopped
1 medium brown onion, roughly chopped
1 celery stalk, peeled and roughly chopped
1 teaspoon grated ginger
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon soy sauce
400g of snow peas

Directions

In a large pot, bring the broth, carrot, celery, onion, ginger, garlic, and soy sauce to a boil. Reduce heat, cover partially and simmer for 20 minutes. Strain the broth, return to the heat and bring to a boil. Add the snow peas for a further 3 minutes. Serve in soup bowls.

Alternative Method: Add the frozen Dumplings to the strained, boiling broth for 7 minutes, stirring gently for the first minute to avoid sticking, then add the snow peas for a further 3 minutes. Serve in Soup Bowls.

Optional

Garnish with fresh chopped Asian herbs or chopped fresh red chilli for something spicy.

Pork Dumplings 1kg

Pork Dumplings  

Pork Dumplings with Stir-Fry Chinese Sausage and Green Beans

Recipe Serves 4 People as Snack or 2 People as a Meal

Ingredients

Crazy Dragon Pork Dumplings – You choose how many!
4 dried Chinese sausages, roughly chopped
300g green beans, trimmed and roughly chopped
2 spring onions, trimmed and roughly chopped
2 garlic cloves, roughly chopped
2 teaspoons Chinese rice wine (or dry sherry)
2 teaspoons water
1 teaspoon soy sauce
Freshly ground black pepper

Directions

Cook green beans in boiling water for 2–3 minutes and drain. Heat a wok (or fry pan) over high heat. Once hot, add Chinese sausage and spring onion, stir for 30 seconds or until sausage is translucent. Add green beans, and garlic, season to taste with salt and black pepper and stir-fry for another 1 minute. Add rice wine and water, stirring until liquid turns to a glaze then remove from heat. Cook dumplings by preferred method per instructions above.

Serve dumplings with stir-fry sausage and beans.

Optional

Serve with your preferred dipping sauce: Soy; Dumpling Vinegar; Hoy Sin; Chilli, Sweet Chilli, Etc. Garnish with chopped fresh red chilli for something spicy.

Prawn-Dumplings-1kg

Prawn Dumplings  

Prawn Dumplings with Stir-Fry Asian Greens

Recipe Serves 4 People as Snack or 2 People as a Meal

Ingredients

Crazy Dragon Prawn Dumplings – You choose how many!
400g Chinese Broccoli, Bok Choi, Snow Peas or other Asian Greens
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon grated ginger
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic

Directions

Blanch the Asian Greens in boiling water for 1 minute and drain. Heat a wok (or fry pan) over high heat. Once hot, add green vegetables, vegetable oil, sesame oil, ginger and garlic, all in that order and stir-fry for 2 – 3 minutes. Remove from pan and drizzle with oyster sauce.

Cook dumplings using preferred method above.
Serve Dumplings with Stir-Fry Asian Greens.

Optional

Serve with your preferred dipping sauce: Soy; Dumpling Vinegar; Hoy Sin; Chilli, Sweet Chilli, etc. Garnish with chopped fresh red chilli for something spicy.
