This may once have been a Chinese peasant food, but it is now a modern classic. Made from predominantly Australian ingredients, our juicy pork dumplings are snapped frozen sealing in all the freshness and nutrition to make a healthy and convenient meal for family and friends. Serve it proudly knowing that you support a 100% Australian owned company, and safe in the knowledge that there are no fillers, additives or colours.

Cooking Instructions  

Pork Dumplings 1kg 3 Traditional Pan Fry

  1. Remove frozen product from packaging.
  2. Add 2 tablespoons of cooking oil to non-stick frypan and place on medium to high heat until hot.
  3. Place product into pan and cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Add 1/2 cup of water (per 10 dumplings) and quickly cover pan with lid, leaving for 6 – 7
  5. Remove from heat and let stand for 1 minute before removing lid.

Pork Dumplings 1kg 4 Steam – Preferred for best results

  1. Remove frozen product from packaging and place on baking paper.
  2. Place product in steamer.
  3. Steam for 10 minutes or until heated through.
  4. Remove from steamer and serve.

Pork Dumplings 1kg 5 Boil

  1. Remove frozen product from packaging.
  2. Place product into boiling water, stirring occasionally in first minute so products do not stick.
  3. Boil for 8 – 10 minutes, or until cooked through.

Cooking appliance temperatures may vary. Please observe and adjust temperature  and heating times accordingly.

Pork Dumplings with Stir-Fry Chinese Sausage and Green Beans
Recipe Serves 4 People as Snack or 2 People as a Meal.


Crazy Dragon Pork Dumplings – You choose how many!
4 dried Chinese sausages, roughly chopped
300g green beans, trimmed and roughly chopped
2 spring onions, trimmed and roughly chopped
2 garlic cloves, roughly chopped
2 teaspoons Chinese rice wine (or dry sherry)
2 teaspoons water
1 teaspoon soy sauce
Freshly ground black pepper


Cook green beans in boiling water for 2–3 minutes and drain. Heat a wok (or fry pan) over high heat. Once hot, add Chinese sausage and spring onion, stir for 30 seconds or until sausage is translucent. Add green beans, and garlic, season to taste with salt and black pepper and stir-fry for another 1 minute. Add rice wine and water, stirring until liquid turns to a glaze then remove from heat. Cook dumplings by preferred method per instructions above.

Serve dumplings with stir-fry sausage and beans.


Serve with your preferred dipping sauce: Soy; Dumpling Vinegar; Hoy Sin; Chilli, Sweet Chilli, Etc. Garnish with chopped fresh red chilli for something spicy.
