Pina Colada Cocktail

Make Pina Colada’s at home and serve with Crazy Dragon dumplings as finger food for a complete cocktail experience.


500 ml pineapple juice, chilled
125 ml white rum
125 ml coconut cream
1/4 cup sugar syrup
1 cup crushed ice
crushed ice, to serve
fresh pineapple wedges, as garnish


  1. Bring the water to the boil in a medium saucepan.
  2. Place pineapple juice, rum, coconut cream, sugar syrup and ice in a blender.
  3. Blend for 2-3 minutes or until smooth.
  4. Serve in cocktail glasses over additional crushed ice
  5. Garnish glass with pineapple wedge and cocktail umbrella (optional) and serve.
