Homemade Dumpling Dipping Sauces

Spring onion oil sauce
- 1 tablespoon spring onion, finely chopped
- 1 pinch sugar
- 1.5 tablespoon hot oil
- 2 tablespoons light soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon black rice vinegar
Whisk all ingredients together!
Garlic vinegar sauce
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 pinch ground pepper
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 tablespoon hot oil
- 1/2 teaspoon light soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons black rice vinegar
- Fresh chilli, finely chopped (to taste)
- Coriander, finely chopped
Whisk all ingredients together!
Spicy ginger sauce
- 4 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 4 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 garlic cloves, pressed or finely minced
- 1 to 2 teaspoons ginger, grated or finely minced
- 1 green onion, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/4 teaspoon hot sauce (Sriracha or hot chilli flakes)
Whisk all ingredients together and allow to sit for at least 15 minutes before serving!
