Stir Fried Vegetables

Stir fried vegetables are a perfect side dish for Crazy Dragon Dumplings. Create a healthy meal for the entire family with this easy to follow recipe.

Ingredients

1 tbsp unflavoured cooking oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1 medium carrot, peeled and cut into matchstick size strips
1 bunch broccolini, cut into 3cm lengths
1 bunch Chinese broccoli, cut into 3cm lengths
100g snow peas, top & tailed plus stringed
1 red capsicum, cut into matchstick size strips
2 tbsp Tamari or soy sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1/2 bunch coriander, roughly chopped

Method

  1. Place wok or frypan over high heat with oil. Once the pan is hot, add garlic and fry until golden brown and aromatic.
  2. Add the carrot, broccolini and Chinese broccoli and stir fry for 2-3 minutes, or until the carrot is cooked but still has a slight crunch.
  3. Add the snow peas and red capsicum, stir fry for a further 1-2 minutes.
  4. Add the sauces and half the coriander, stir to combine.
  5. Garnish with remaining coriander and serve with your favourite Crazy Dragon Dumplings (cooked as per pack instructions).
